Your diploma/certificate can be ordered by completing Certificate/Diploma Application form. 

Return the completed application form with payment to:

There are no additional charges for your original diploma/certificate if you are a graduate from a full-time day program. 

C.E. graduates will be charged at $35.00 at the time of their request.
