High School Applicants

Your guidance counsellor will submit your transcripts to ontariocolleges.ca for you. If you are taking an individual high school course that is a requirement for admission into your selected program, please be sure to submit your official course registration, including the course code, completion date and credit value. You are responsible for submitting transcripts for any summer school or correspondence courses to ontariocolleges.ca  Be sure to write your application number on any documents you forward.

Non-Secondary Applicants

High school transcripts must be sent with your application, unless they are being forwarded to ontariocolleges.ca by your high school. If you are currently attending or have attended an Ontario College or University you must request official transcripts by completing the online form that is located on the Online Services Main Menu on the ontariocolleges.ca website. Be sure to select one official transcript for each college destination.
