You can request official copies of your transcript through ACSIS .

If you have applied to an Ontario College through ontariocolleges.ca you may request to have your transcript sent to the Colleges of your choice via ontariocolleges.ca

If you have applied to an Ontario University through the Ontario University Application Centre (OUAC), you may request to have your transcript sent to the Universities of your choice through Compass.

You may also request a student copy of your transcript for your own records. To do so, you should download the Transcript Request Form.
 
Once the form is completed you can send your request as outlined below. Please ensure that your form is signed by you. There is no cost for this service.
